When something squeaks so bad and you can’t take it any more. It was time to put the wind shield gasket in anyway.

It’s time. I’m not sanding down rust. Rust proofed and paint over it with rhino liner.

Let us know what space you're working with. I have a couple of Turbo Dodge intercoolers that are super compact and a DSM one that's long but thin.
Ghetto bush paint. Acids etch primer to start

Fin! For now. Plastic blew up and put some flakes on the paint right behind the front tire. I'm hoping to just brush those off once it dries. If not i'll respray. I need to make a drawing for a piece of anodized aluminum right where the front fender meets the body behind front wheel. I'll put some badging in there too. Prob just a rectangle. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

The raw aluminum sure was pretty but a couple trips through bushes later this is definitely the way to go lol
I left the inside raw. Just because.

Looks awesome! Nice work
Starting the spare tire mount. Just some weldable 2" clamps and some square tubing tacked on for now. I'll finish when it's not so balls hot.
Going for the angled tire on the back look. Wanted it removable so we can load hunting dogs in the back when it's time to kill.
Also, LED tail lights. Got rid of the India specials which were garbage from day one.
That fit. Solidworks
