Just over $4100 prop tax on an assessed value of $39800. I have a very hard time believing my house is worth that. But if it is, time to GTFO.

5% increase
10.8% increase for me
Mine went up like $190 per year.
Funny comparison. My Calgary house is valued at 489,000 with property tax at $3213.61. My Rocky View Country house under construction was valued at $738600....with taxes at $3603.49
So an extra $250k in house value is only $400 more in taxes in the county.
Moral of the story. Calgary taxes are a rip-off.
