I actually think it would be easier to sand it out and fill rather than replace the casing itself. I'll give 'er a shot, anyway.

I have a similar baseboard issue behind our main bath toilet I need to replace which gets my son's piss and condensation from the tank. If my window casing is swole, that one is full asian Schwarzenegger.

2 cars is too expensive. Save money and get one of those Porsche cars with the one central wheel nut so you can do hot swaps, roadside. I think it's a GT3-RS.
