Howdy amigos,
Hoping one of you could help me out. Trying to verify IF there is a requirement or Code for an acceptable range of temperature differential between rooms in a dwelling; i.e. While thermostat reports X temperature, Room A is at X while Room B is at Y.
I've skimmed through the National Building Code AB Ed. and haven't identified anything concrete, and nothing in AB Construction Performance guidelines. Targeted googling hasn't turned up anything either.
I'm suspecting there isn't an established rule, given so many other factors can influence temperature differentials - but if there is an established rule, code, requirement, or precedent, I'd like to have that handy. Anyone come across anything or have any ideas?
Gracias,
