Nice! How long was the delay? We got screwed real nice in Hawaii last month with a 6 hour delay and the only thing WJ offered us was a $15 food voucher that didnt even fucking work.

My parents got stuck there for 3 days when their plane had a mechanical, same $15 bs.

There are worse things in the world than being stuck in Hawaii but if they weren’t retired, good luck scrambling with house sitters, people with kids to get back to school, etc.

I think WJ service is now fully as bad as AC. Living in Cowtown, it's still the best airline because of the direct route options, but the service is no longer a bonus from them.
