2023 Opinion Survey - will you get your Covid booster vaccination?

Simple poll, any nuance can be explored in the posts themselves. For yourself, do you plan to receive a covid vaccination booster shot in 2023?
Current AHS guidance is that you need to be 5+ months since your most recent covid infection or most recent booster.

Do you plan to get your booster close on that timeframe?

Would also be interesting to hear a persons reasons and urgency for that choice as well. My personal opinion of the urgency has changed over time. I am the sort of person who does get annual flu shots, because I feel the benefits are worthwhile to me. I am considering my urgency for the next covid booster. I tolerated the previous boosters well with no problematic side-effects.

No... My experiences have been discussed many times so no point in breaking it all down again so in short, I like not being fucked by vaccinations and these ones fucked me up so just no.

I get the flu shot yearly since 2011 I think and zero side effects so I keep getting it minus 2019/2020/2021 but got it again 2022.

Double og AstraZeneca vax and that’s it. No boost for this boost and really no reason other than I don’t really know, maybe left wing maybe right wing maybe freedom maybe non believer idk haha I did get sick a few times but OTC meds got me through it. Pretty sure it was Covid but also don’t test don’t tell soooo lol

I might get my 4th in mid summer, but I haven't given it much thought.

Fourth or fifth this year depending several factors.

I will get this shot the same as when I get any other shot, on my doctors recommendation.

Contrary to what late night tv recommends, I dont ask my doctor for medication.

Really?! I'm pretty sure that CroMagnon Dr. Skeletor was talking about the 4th before people were done getting their third. I think that was roughly Christmas 2021. I'm pretty sure I got my third way later than the big rush which was like May of 2021.
They seem to have been on an almost 6 month cycle I thought. I think we're all essentially HONK-HONK-Racists if we haven't had 5 by now.

Or am I off by an entire year??! What a horrible nightmare that while period of time was. Fuck.

I was having heart issues for several months after my second shot.

I also had two other friends who had heart issues, one who had to physically be paddled at the emerg to restore his regular rythym.

That's my reason.

My kids arent vaccinated nor will they be. I had to take 2 astrazeneca back in the day. I won't be taking any more. I've had covid. I'm fine and will continue to be fine.

I'm not anti vax I just don't want it. Does this make me a bad person?
