Modern Golf and TXG are the two places I could recommend. TXG are still getting more and more equipment, so they might not have every shaft/flex right now but I'd say it's comparable to Modern Golf. They will have more than Modern Golf when it's all said and done. TXG had delays getting me my new wedges, but that was due to the Ontario guys. They also use GCQuads instead of TM4's for indoor fittings which I think is superior.
Both are struggling with massive demand, particularly in custom builds, so if you want new gear for whenever the season starts, you better get on it. Modern Golf stopped taking new club work, as they are 6-8 weeks backed up when I called last week or the week before. They do the best club work in town, hands down. I'm super particular about my stuff, but never been upset with any work they have done for me. I can't say the same for many other shops - Ted and Dave, Simply Golf, etc. who does passable work but my clubs came out damaged at each place, including a head coming off at the range.
If this is too much for you, just sign up for a demo/fitting day with whatever vendor you fancy. They are having them virtually every weekend at the domes in town.
