What to do with shop

So I have a 15x22 shop on my property that im replacing with a 30x26 garage. I'm wondering what I Cann do with this thing.

I was just going to pull it all apart, but some people have said that I could probably sell it the way it is. I contacted McCann building movers and they told me it's too small for them to move, but there might be smaller companies able to do it.

Has anyone done this or have any ideas or suggestions on this?

I don't think I would bother with the hassel for such a small shop personally, especially not moving it standing. If you really wanted to you could post it for free (or a few thousand) on kijiji for someone to come and take the building away so the materials could be salvaged but then you are dealing with people doing work on your property and liability etc.

I think you should knock it down, sell what ever material you might be able to scrap then dump the rest.

On one hand 15x22 is only like $5K new so I doubt anyones willing to pay moving costs for an old shed.

On the other hand, its small enough that a guy with a flatdeck trailer, a loader and a backroad route to their yard might be willing to drag it out of there. Put it on marketplace as "come and get it" and see if anyone bites?

you're only allowed to tow 8.5ft wide so it'd have to be at minimum cut in half for transport without massive costs for transporting, so it's hard to say if anybody would even want it for the transport cost

Lol thanks for the replies guys. I really want3d too keep it and build another garage beside it, but I think it will look really funny.

More than likely I'll just tear it down and figure out what to do with it after, possibly use some of the lumber, but probably not.

Jack it up, get round fence posts from ufa. Pull it with tractor, tossing the posts one in front of the next as they roll out the back and move it out of the way till you decide.

You may keep it just for crappy, keep snow off stuff storage.
