    True take-home $ per hour is higher at wal-mart than uber. Albways will be. Criteria to last at Wal-mart is higher too.

    Well it's only Federal min wage. I don't see AB min wage becoming a election issue yet. So we should be ok for now.

    Amazon still hiring drivers for $21/hr.

    Most of those drivers are starting at $19 or so with bonuses and other shit to make up the rest. No way in hell with the hours those guys work would I do that job.

    As for the USA, Georgia and Wyoming still at $5.15 US, but any company that adheres to the fair labor standards will be $7.25 US.

    At $5.15 US, you'd have to be making crazy tips to live. Canada definitely more socialist, US still mired in slave wages.

    Chinese labour is now roughly on par with US minimum wage, a far cry from $1 about 15 years ago.
