They suggest a nvidia 1060 for PC, probably for the 3GB but it is pretty smooth on 2GB cards if you turn down a few settings to low.

Even with simple textures it eats a lot of ram for the ultimate animations.

4GB for android. As much Ram as you can get on Apple phones and ipads too. Processor and GPU speed not *as* important as having lots of ram.

37 here. Almost at the end of the current story so far, and really enjoying it. I like that being turn based, it's far easier to play on my phone than Genshin was (prefer PC, but nice to have options).
