I would like it if there was a credible province-wide third party. I think politics in healthier in a multiparty system than a 2-party one.

Not that mentality at all, disliking her is the forefront for not voting for the party. I personally don't agree with what the she or the party have done or are trying to do so I am voting accordingly.

Was just the simplest reason to list without going into details, if you want more just pick out anything she's said or done and I don't like it.

Do you agree with what Notley or the NDP are doing and planning to do?

All democracy devolves into 2 party eventually.

Eh she/they are pretty much promising everything under the sun right now so hard to say I agree with everything, it's pretty much a shit sandwich situation, which shit sandwich do I want a bite out of? Smith shit sandwich or Notley shit sandwich?

I'm rolling with the Notley shit sandwich.

There's never ending fear mongering going on from both sides, more so from the UCP side, at this point I'd rather give them another shake than roll with 4 years of Wild Rose stupidity.

I don’t like Notley or Smith. That being said as far as my riding goes, my UCP candidate did knock on my door and engage in conversation asking us if we had any concerns we wanted to chat about etc so I give them a +1 for that.

    Its not fear mongering.
Notley literally crippled business development her first time in power, and is proposing a 38% increase in corporate taxes if she gets in again.

Increase taxes on business = increased costs to do business = reduced profit = cost cutting = layoffs

    Pretty simple formula.

If you don't like Smith you're literally better off not voting to maintain your moral high ground.

A more interesting poll would be "are you voting "FOR" someone or AGAINST the alternative?

The NDP have never been told about the Laffer Curve. Probably because none of them have taken even a basic econ course.

Terrible too to raise corporate tax during an inflationary period.

Giving you a much more logical option...
That said, left leaning individuals tend to have a very poor grasp of logic or reality.

    Checks out.

I agree with their platform a lot more than I agree with UCPs. That's not to say I like everything, but I never expect to align 100% with anybody's platform.

They’re actually cutting the small business tax to 0 which helps out a lot of local places, contractors, trades, etc

Only the larger corporate rate (>500k profit) is going up. Given that huge companies have no issue finding funds for millions of buy backs your point seems moot. Plus we’ll still have the lowest corporate tax rate in Canada even with the increase from 8% to 11%
