Wait, was it just one person driving this or two people on council?

Gondek Shut the meeting down when some councillors grilled their administration to answer whos decision this was.

Apparently administration can cancel events without notifying city council. With that said administration purposely dodged answering who was responsible for this decision.

A few councilors claimed rhey had no knowledge and would never vote to shut the fireworks down. When it came to gondel answering she turned the cameras off and went behind closed doors to finish the discussion.

Would be nice to see how something like this happens.
