Why would a seller allow that crap to be posted.

I love how the photos still weren’t in focus on the second or third try

Same reason the seller allowed their home to look like that in the first place

When we bought our place a number of years ago, we got a good deal as the property had sat on the market for a month, likely due to the terrible listing and photos. No staging had been done, barely any cleaning, stuff all over the place. No pictures of kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, ensuite, or basement. Amazed that somebody got paid for that.

I like that description. Welcome to this...shit, need an adjective...any adjective will do. What's the best he can come up with? "well-located." Yup - welcome to this well located Dalhousie house. Charming? Quaint? Nah. This bitch is well located, son.

Just when you think it can't get worse, he's got another listing for 1.3M with about the same quality of photos.

How the F as a seller would you allow such trash

So this guy is taking his own pics instead of spending the $150 for a company to do pics for them.

Nice. Getting rich off that $150 for sure.

Almost all listings in Spain are this bad. There's no MLS to see past sale prices either.

Most incredible thing for me is that a dump like this costs $610k now.

After seeing the photos in 1000s of appraisals, nothing surprises me. This is above average compared to that

Owner thinks, "well if someone wants it for that price, I'll go move to Vancouver Island."

Always wanted to make sure the woodgrain in the doors met what I was expecting before scheduling a viewing.
Window casing pictures are a bonus.

Probably realtors that are 65+ and have trouble using new fangled things like digital cameras or smartphones. Too old and stubborn to hire a photographer

    Those are really bad.

There is a house for sale a couple of doors away from me where the location pin on Realtor.com is placed on an entirely different block in Chestermere. It's been that way since the listing went up several months ago.

I just don't get it. These Realtors have ONE job. Sell a home. That's what you do. If you aren't capable of providing the very basics, then why are you even in the business?

I mean, at least these shitty realtors cost less, right?
