Lets get into it!
It's a 2010 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. It started and ended its service as a Lloydminster RCMP marked patrol car. It still has the decaling on all 4 doors in the jams which i thought was cool.
It had some blemishes as expected for an in service police vehicle. Aside from some minor surface rust on some fenders, some holes in the roof and your regular dings and dents, It's In quite good shape. 162k currently on it. Has had some decent maintenance and these 4.6's are known to be work horses.
Obviously @Sentry car is quite a leading example of what id like this thing to be power wise...
First were getting into the nitty gritty of body work. This thing is getting a full refresh and some items added to it to ensure she stays looking tip top for many years to come. Whats not to love about an American car (canadian built) big steel bodied, body on frame V8 car!?
Its an unconventional build, for sure... However the panther body following is quite huge. I was lucky to get to drive one of these while still in service with an organization I worked for and fell in love with them.
This winter, im hoping to find a Coyote motor and get the swap going. Theres been a few swaps done on these things already and figured it would be the perfect motor for the swap.
Until then, heres some pictures of everything. Currently getting block sanded right now and hopefully going for paint next week.
