Interesting, as the Memory seats and power steering wheel comes on the LC Premium. Funny things Toyota does from time to time! This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
As for the 2025s, the only chance I have seen for the LC is adding tailgate lights. For some reason, they only came on the first edition ones. 1" lift and aux switches would be a nice addition. (Althought I have the Westcott Collars already)
So weird how there's already a new MY with changes, a price increase and a discontinued version but the vehicle just came out, I don't think I've even seen one in person yet.
I’s take the suspension lift rumour with a grain of salt, I’ll believe it when I see it.
Could easily be a miscommunication.
Aux switches kindof cool but I have no idea where they would go. I’d guess easily retrofit able if you want to add accessories with a clean look.
I’m tempted by a mild lift, issue being the rig is already pretty tall with any additional height you are really going to limit parkades. Even my garage door is pretty close as it is.

If youre not going to put bigger tires on it, no point in doing a lift IMO
Agree. I might do a not too aggressive 34 but that shouldn’t require a lift with correct offset wheels. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
That said the car doesn’t need anything.

It would be neat, but stupid unless you're actually taking it into the bush. Would look a bit better, probably ruin the ride, definitely ruin the fuel economy (more). hahaThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

There are some 33s that are coming out with a SL rating.. (275/70/18) They may be the ticket for the aesthetic types, as you get the size and appearance without adding 10+lbs per corner. Notably the Nitto Terra Grappler G3s at 45lbs.
I went with a set of 18x8.5 et 20s, but yet to decide on tires, as that will come in the spring. 275s will fit easily, not 100% sure on 285s without cutting or removing the crash bracket.

Icon did a really good deep dive on what a stock GX can handle if you are interested.
Offset is crucial.

They made the same video with the LC.. basically a 35-40et is ideal, anything else you start to limit tire size.

Found this spreadsheet for LC's, but could be used for GX in tire choice. Basically the yellow and orange tires are increased sizes.

I already have my wheels in hand, so its a matter of picking tires that fit the best.
