Anhidrosis, inability to sweat.

I used to sweat a lot when I play sports, or when I am nervous. Haven't thought about it much until recently but I noticed I sweat mainly from top of my head. Could be that sweat glands are messed up or pores are blocked. Anyone else experience similar?

Stop using anti perspiration products, wash your pits and maybe exfoliate.

Fitness and hydration play a role.
Definitely used to sweat less from my head and more from my pits when I was a teen. Now the opposite.

the aluminum in anti perspirant has been know to block pores. Swap to deodorant if you us AP.

I heard Prince Andrew has the same issue.
