Pick a lane. Either the Kings suck, or the Oilers suck. Is it the team with the two Hart Trophy guys, or the team with that Norris winning guy who was there for the two cups where they stoved the Devils and the Rangers? Quantify the suck.

Edmonton has their number. It's not really about sucking. LA went in with the best PK in the league and played Edmonton rough, which was a good strategy. It fell apart when Edmonton continually figured out how to completely dismantle their PK and LA were too dumb to stop taking penalties.

Your memory is better than that. Nothing is guaranteed in the Playoffs, ever. If it was, it would be exceptionally boring.
Boston set an NHL record for points last year and lost in the first round to a team with >40 fewer points.
