x1000... I think we've got somewhere around 60 trees (including some coniferous)... Total leaf bag count is ~32 so far this year (plus 3 full green bins)

Don't listen to anyone else in here OP, this is the only correct answer. Those leaves are trespassing and as they belong to your neighbour he, by default, is also tresspassing. In Canada you can legally shoot him, but if you don't want that on your concious then just let the authorities deal with him.

Stihl SH86 leaf blower/vacuum. Blow them into a pile. Suck them into the bag and dump in green bin. Great for hardscaped yards where you can't use a rake.

I think it's only legal to shoot him at this time of year with archery equipment, but TBH I haven't shot a neighbor in ages, so I'm not up to date on the regulations. Probably simplest to let the police shoot him for you. He is black, right?

On a serious note though, I think the OP should get one of those paper bags they sell you at the grocery stores these days so he can put them in it and set it back on their doorstep where they belong.
