Who in Calgary or close can do this? Ive got some wheels that are correct bolt pattern, but require the center bore to be milled to a certain diameter to fit over hub.

ETA: it's more turning than milling, turn out the hub diameter
They might use a vertical lathe though, which kinda looks like a mill
