Counter top replacement recommendations?

One of our rental condos needs a new counter top because the existing one is rotting due to water damage.

Anybody replace one recently and have a good contractor?

Yeah if it’s a simple layout, hard to beat this route. 100 bucks for a 6 foot piece

Yeah, after I posted this, the thought crossed my mind while doing a search.

I do have a TS55 and a long enough track so it should be pretty straight forward. It's getting the right height for the backsplash. I guess that is all shims.

+1 Quartz countertop from IKEA likely the most economical option while looking relatively clean and modern.
