Wow, mine sounds much better than that haha. I default to booking via online portal, but whenever I've had to make last min changes, etc and I phone them, they just do exactly what I need.

We book thru concur which ties into cwt for issuing tickets. I don’t deal with cwt for booking, just deal with them on problems which doesn’t show up till I check in and the seat selection becomes meaningless.

"Please sign up for e-receipts to be added to your expenses automatically"

E-receipt shows up attached to the charge - "Sorry, you must add a receipt image" which is just a PDF of the exact same thing
