Pillows....

Over the past couple years we've tried different "mattresses" to no avail in keeping our backs from hurting. Lately, I've been sleeping with what was a pretty expensive pillow 10 years ago, and a little prop up with a body pillow and I've been sleeping great, waking up with no back pain.

That being said, for me at least, it seems like my pillow might be a big part of the problem. I hate to go buy another expensive pillow and not like it, any recommendations for a good pillow these days? Possibly with a free return trial?

This is all going so brilliantly, it pains me to interject with some actually valuable info... But...
I have purchased the pillow you desire. I am searching for the name, but haven't found it yet. I will. Please tag me if I don't update this by Monday. We bought some through our Physio and they are much better than all the other gimmicky bullshit we've been through.

We bought these ~ 7 years ago. Best pillows ever. 7 years later they still perform like day 1. Strongly recommend.

We've used the "MyPillow" for many years now. No issues with them at all. In fact, I always take it with me on holidays!

Latex pillows!!! Memory foams IMO are trash, rock hard when you first lay on them and then roasting hot after they form to your face in the middle of the night. Latex hits the sweet spot of support to coziness.

I've spent an embarrassing amount of money trying to find a good pillow for my sleep habits. I usually fall asleep on my front and over the course of the night will turn onto my side, and then I wake up on my back, so none of the claimed "side-sleeper" "back sleeper" "front sleeper" styles really worked for me.

Finally found one that works, and it's a combination of normal feather pillow, but with a small, thin, foam rectangle in the center. Unfortunately the manufacturer no longer makes it and I haven't had the need to find a similar one yet, so I can't tell you where to buy one.

As a side sleeper (terrible for your back), I could never get a pillow high enough.
So I went back to the 80s and got a water pillow and it was the last pillow I've bought (2020).

i got the Casper snow cooling pillow... and its pretty awesome ( I'm a hot sleeper)
it stays colder than any other one ive tried (tried many)

its expensive, but well worth it
