Day 10: PRAGUE ROCK Czech Pils.
Missed another day... What a train wreck! Sorry about that - it's been a hectic week and so much xmas party bullshit interfering.
Basically, it should be impossible to make a bad Czech Pilsener and this one is no exception. But it's a long way from brilliant. I still thoroughly enjoyed it.

Overall I was quite happy with the case. My only issue is there were too many 6%+ beers. I find the high % just makes the taste harder to enjoy.

Will buy again though. The Sour towards the end was quite delicious.

Day 11: PIE HARD Nitro Dessert/Pastry Sour.

I gotta disagree with this one. Started out pretty good and interesting but Holy shit - after the halfway point this sour sourness tasted like a sour asshole. I winced through the last couple of swigs. I was very close to pouring it out. Coolest label ever, though!



I fucked up the pour and maybe it would've been better if it was colder, but it was just so incredibly sour!

Day 12 Finale: KEG LEG Rum Stout.

Fuck yes! Exactly what I wanted to round out this case. 7.2% to help live that 7.2-Lyfe.

Despite the germans being genocidal assholes, they do know how to brew a good beer. This wasnt one of them. Too bitter. Maybe they were reusing the vats from... You know.

Well, if the Krauts could really make a decent Pilsner, they wouldn't have had to make the Kolsch, so I guess this adds up.

Best beer of the season so far for me. Not only are the czechs better at hockey than the germans, they are also better at beers.
