Default Pimp my Closets…. Need a Rubbermaid installer to add shelves/rods/etc.

Have pretty basic closet and panty Rubbermaid wire shelves. Looking to add more rods and shelves in 4 different closet locations. Started with Simple Spaces (who initially did them) and they’re gone. Checked with Regal and they’re only adding to closets they initially did (too busy lol, don’t want any peasant work). Realize I could do it myself but time and availability of Rubbermaid shit seems sparse locally.

    Any recommendations?

Try YYC Closets and Glass. I got an extra shelf from them.

I have some Wire Shelfs that we removed from Out Laundry room when we recently did cupboards in the laundry room.
If you are interested send me a DM.

Surprised as well. Google reviews are terrible and one of them mentioned "Both Jayman and Excel homes have dropped them as a partner for mirrors/shelves."

Maybe try lace or something sheer?

I think the "boyshort" style is pretty versatile and flatters most body types.

You realize you are talking to the guy who made his own furniture out of salad bowls right?

Good timing. I want to add wire Rubbermaid shelves to my utility room. Was just at the Home Depot by Northhill mall on 16th and they have a decent selection of the double prong brackets, wall mount and both the wire and wooden shelves in various sizes. I'm not very handy at all but feel like this is something I could probably do myself and not burn the house down.

Stud finder and a measuring tape will help if you're putting them into the wall. You need them into studs.

Maybe I’ll have to swing by Home Depot. Online showing nothing in stock, figured they didn’t stock it anymore.

I was suprised at how few places were stocking the Rubbermaid shelves. I might have a look at what Wal-Mart has. I'm debating between the tight mesh or the wooden shelves. The wood ones have to be screwed to the bracket whereas the wire ones just lock into the brackets which is nice.

Yea, that’s partially why I was looking to just get someone to do it all. I mostly just need a couple of the vertical posts, a run of tight wire shelves that I can cut up and then all the brackets/anchors.

Amazon has kits but appears you can’t just buy single pieces. So dumb.

I installed the Rubbermaid 4ft to 8ft closet shelves in two closets last year. I'm not super handy either and it wasn't bad at all. Rubbermaid even has a tutorial on YouTube.
