I'm going to say its going to be fine: Old people who make laws lose high frequency hearing first. Which means that the rumble of an average delivery truck at it hits a bump in the road is a far more annoying sound.

Yea that was a brutal drive in. I saw the signs for construction starting on the 4th ave flyover next week and thought maybe they were reviewing something and it went late, but then it was totally blocked off. Then there were cops everywhere. I just said fuck it and went down to Kensington.
