    Heavy wet snow today.

People driving with their hazards on doing 60 on the 1a should stay the fuck home.

I saw a bendy bus take out some scaffolding on the side of the road. That was cool.

Saw an idiot in a civic drive barely a car length behind a truck that was sanding and followed that close all the way up blackfoot. Completely oblivious to the shit being sprayed at them, the signs, flashing lights.

Washer fluid season sucks when my X5 literally throws a code when anyone but the dealer refills my fluid, and you might think driving with the light on would be an option but it literally won’t spray my rear window when the code is present.

    AWESOME

You should only put the cheap blue stuff for washer fluid. Any of that fancy stuff with cleaners or whatever they put in it throws off any German car sensor.

Same company that wanted a seat heater to be subscription based.

    Germans wanting control. That's new.

Hadn't heard of that. But these new vehicles are walking a line of being undesirable in 5-10 years.
Hopefully motec or other custom ecu's can catch up and be a stock PnP removing this idiocracy.

I had a similar experience in my old Audi. Washer fluid empty light would be on with any kind of fluid that had de-icer in it. It's the way their overly complicated sensor worked. I'm not surprised in a modern vehicle it won't let you "run the pump dry" to save the warranty repairs on it when someone eventually does, especially considering how fucking buried those pumps are on a German vehicle.

Let’s not get started on considering cars to be assets again lol

I swear I’ve been bitching about this problem for 3 years now.

Their “solution” 2 under warranty service visits later is “just come by when it’s empty and we will fill it up for free forever”

They also wouldn’t let me just buy the fucking fluid from them.

The C-Train doesn't have this issue.

Well, I'm sorry. Combine that with the mandatory Run Flat tires and the refusal to heat the block and it's time to look at one of the multiple completely comparable brands. This company is flexing out of their weight class and they can eat a fuckin dick.
