Am I the only one that either pours acetone on my styrofoam, or melts it with a propane torch, so that it takes up almost no room in my black cart?

I personally prefer to ninja kick them with my boys into tiny pieces.

    But acetone seems neat too.

It's not the size that matters, it's the taste it leaves in your mouth.

You guys go out and get your own groceries?
Save yourself the time and hassle and order them delivered to your door.
No waaaay. That's how you get milk at the front and expires a week earlier.

I would say the quality of our groceries is on par as if id buy them myself.
And if anything is off we get credited the item and then some damn near as soon as an issue is submitted.

What normally took ~1.5 hours is now ~10 mins of effort?
    Seriously a huge time hack.

    I like grocery shopping

If I want to “life hack” and save time I have someone buy, prep, and cook the food and bring it to me.

Special thanks to the single use bylaws for mandating that my indian food come in a shitty cardboard bowl with ill fitting lid, all wrapped in a fabric fucking bag. Now my kids carseat smells like a bombay backalley and I need to try and steam clean this fucking thing in frigid winter temperatures. Fuck you climate.
I mean...if indian food doesn't stink, is it even authentic indian food? Serious question

Why didn't I read this thread earlier? Got to grocery checkout and nearly floored me with the $1 for a bag charge.

I put my bread on my head and transported it that way. Came full circle back to the African way of transport.

Mean while on this other side pacific, they have single wrapped banana and they burn their garbage.
Was literally Japan when I was there over the winter break.

Everything is individually wrapped to excess, and as long as it is combustible, you can throw it in the bin. Plastic burns, so you are good!

I was wondering how they dealt with non-combustible waste... and then I saw in the early morning people just throwing bags of garbage and tires and stuff into the river. I kind of expected that in China, but I guess this is still commonplace in Japan too.

I feel like there is a business potential here selling plastic bags in the parking lots of grocery stores. $0.25/bag. Prob make 10s of dollars each day.

Looks like you could be raking in like $.20/bag.
