No I went nuclear on that decades back... At least that is something that is utilized and the money does go to the province to fund the recycling of tires and is not just a cash grab. Really though I would be extraordinarily pleased if they dropped it and left tire recycling to private business.

Man, you should see how the Ukrainian ladies do it... My mom and Baba even in the 70's would use the brown paper grocery bags for garbage and then into the burning barrel when full. They would even use the empty milk carton opened up and stuff it full of garbage for the burning barrel because that waxed cardboard would light and burn hot for fire starting!
