Been struggling to find a routine I've 'loved' have been using a trainheroic app teams hypertrophy plan and is best I've found for me. But still would like something a bit better.

Does anyone use anything you'd recommend or recommend an online coach that's not uber expensive

RP looks solid! Similar to TrainHeroic ish..

I currently go 6 days, push/pull/legs x2, 1 day off repeat.
Currently on a hypertrophy program.
