I mean, sure, if you want farmed salmon from half the world away.. Just find it funny to bring chinook salmon from NZ when you can get it wild from the west coast.

Nice! Post pics and your thoughts after.
Well I had the dinner last night, food was excellent. Chef was very friendly and I will keep an eye on his IG to see what other menu's he does throughout the year to do this again in the future. The Wagyu, cod & prawn soup and the parfait were my 3 favorite things. His smoked soy sauce for the shashimi was so good that I bought the same smoking kit off amazon that he used to smoke my own soy sauce for when I get take out sushi next

We did the omakase with Chef Keisuke on Saturday; it was excellent and I would recommend to others. I was especially enamoured with the wasabi root he has shipped directly from Japan - the standard green paste offered in most sushi joints is vastly inferior.

Real wasabi is nothing like the green horseradish. Its actually sweet and you can eat a mouthful without crying.

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.
