Not gonna lie this looks and feels incredibly similar to the kaiseki at Ryuko where you get 9 dishes for $65 . The premium to be at home I suppose.

$65/person? lolThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Either using super cheap ingredients or their business model will make them go broke.
I felt they were actually under charging considering the amount of time and special ingredients they were using.
Seems like a crazy grind. I’m assuming he relies heavily on tips to make it worth while.
Regardless I highly recommend him. He was there for over 5 hours, amazing experience.
Will definitely do it again.

'coupe hosts the private chef, invites all us degens, we all bring three brown bills, and some kind of reverse ccr to see who doesn't pay. I'll split an Uber with someone who loves near downtown.

I went to Ryuko for the first time on the weekend. Had a great meal. Was about $60 a person (one being a 6 yo who loves sashimi).
Trying to get my team christmas dinner there.

Omakase is $150pp. But the Kaiseki looks pretty good!

We have Keisuke booked for Dec 28! Looking forward to it. This summer, for my birthday, I booked Andrew Springett from My Take Home Chef. It was an excellent 5 course meal that can be customized to your preference. The beef tenderloin in particular was a hit. All the cookware cleaned and dishwasher loaded before leaving too.
