Yes I believe that was the rumor, it got shut down by Helmet but normally there is something going on to create the rumor

It seems Hadjar is next in line if Lawson or Yuki were to move up. How long does Max stay as well, he seems to be really not in the mood these days. Probably due to the fact he can't win easily anymore hes turning back to his roots of aggresive driving, hopefully nobody gets hurt.
I don’t think checo makes the rest of the year let alone 2025…

Lawso at rbr sure … he will fit in at rbr , he likes running people of the road …

Just saw these at Costco. Unfortunately no Hamilton. Only saw Perez, Sainz and Leclerc.

Definitely seeing the Mad Max you all talked about forever coming out, but I have to admit I find all the drama super entertaining!
As much as I dislike Verstappen, a bitchy and reckless Verstappen does make F1 more interesting. I don't want to sound heartless when I say F1 has gotten too safe, but F1 is infinitely more entertaining when drives don't give a fuck.

Won't be surprised if there's an out clause in Perez' contract for 2025+ and Lawson comes in.
I thought he had signed an extension during the break? Or was it just one year?

There is an out clause. Most expect that to be invoked if some expectation isn't met. That's why they are all saying last weekend is probably Perez's last home race.

if i remember correctly it was a 1+1 but he had to be so many points to max and places in the Drivers camp... of which if the rumours are true he does not meet that any more ...

Please RBR cant be happy about 3rd place in the constructors now

I’m ok with drivers not giving a fuck. What I’m not ok with are rules not getting enforced and the not giving a fuck becomes unsportsmanlike without consequences. That’s not fun for anyone.

I mean it took me 20 years to get over the bitterness about Australia 94, and that took me feeling bad for MS turning into a vegetable to get there.

To Perez's credit, the RB camp admitted they should have been listening more to his feedback about the car and their performance really dropped after the Horny Coco Puffs incident...

I don't understand why they didn't try DR in the RB if he really did beat Perez time in his test

He may have beaten Perez in a time test but he was unable to consistently beat Yuki. DeVries had one good race so they took a chance on him and look how that ended up.

I do enjoy that "outqualified Perez in a Haas" is just expected now and not noteworthy.

If Ollie hadn't mucked up S1 in SQ3 he was on pace for P3-P4, that boy is rapid and the Haas is solidly the 5th fastest car on the grid (WTF Aston). Very excited to see him full-time next season.

Picked up a Red Bull Verstappen one last week. Don't plan on even actually using it, but the car itself looks slick and will sit on my shelf someday when I get a shelf

^ Only Perez left yesterday at Beacon Hill Costco. I would have bought a Sainz.

Complete carnage in qualifying. Yuki takes out Norris in turn 1 this time?

Welp, I might hate him when he’s desperate and drive like a dick, but when he’s on it he’s untouchable. Credit where credit is due.

What a race! You have to tip your hat to Max—a true masterclass. As an LH fan, it’s painful to admit, but credit where it’s due.
