Likely but depends on the quality of the list. A generic random list of emails online is more or less worthless but a targeted local list where people all have similar views could be worth more.

Geez, I disagree. I can't fathom how someone could suggest "you're racist" for joking that the mayor mildly resembles a Romanian Cereal Clown and as such, I don't think people should have to adjust their speech to placate folks who are that eager to hurl that insult.
