Default Nicotine Use Survey - In the past 12 months

Was having a conversation with someone who said "hardly anyone uses nicotine anymore" and I thought that statement was crazy. With nicotine vapes, various chewing products, plus regular smokes, I think it's still super common.

Anyway, check the survey about your personal nicotine use in the last 12 months

I quit chew 4 years ago, been cold turkey ever since.

    Still miss it.

The vaping seems to be young persons thing, so not reflective of this forum, but I do think it's everywhere.

I'd be a good life insurance mole for unhealthy alcohol habits.

I started vaping last august. Never imagined I'd pick up a nicotine habit in my 30s but it's filling a hole in my heart and doing a good job of it

Tobacco is a funny thing. I started to feel like I was using these weird mini-cigar product things in a way that felt too much like an addiction a few months ago, maybe someone right around Xmas, so I pulled the plug on it completely. Since then, it's been quite honestly like literally zero issue at all. Maybe I can think of one instance where I came somewhere near breaking down and purchasing some. Meanwhile my humidor is too small to hold the cigars I have and haven't had time to smoke in nearly 9+ months... I split a box of beauties someone last year, but I think they are Toro sized and I just don't feel like I have 3 hours to suck one of those down, so here we are.
This is why I'll occasionally be all upitty high-horse about addictions when I've lived through how simple it really is to quit nicotine which all the schools ever falsely tell you is the most aDdIcTiVe dRuG eVaRrRrS.
It's a simple decision to stop doing a thing. There are no spirit animals required. Choose to stop being a slave to a thing and live with that choice. Holy fuck. I'm sorry that I have actually difficult decisions at work, all inday, every day.
Smoking cigars is essentially an isolated experience now.

Beyonds the wrong demographic - too many people here are of the well medicated and can access mental health care as required types. It's one of the easiest access stimulants available.

But of course that's my personal opinion, but there seems to be a direct correlation between the benefits program of an employer and the status of the outside smoke pit...

Sat around a campfire last Saturday with some kids from two different high schools and this topic came up. Both said the same thing. They knew no one who smoked cigs, but they have a massively growing group who have become hooked on Zyn. Even the ones who vaped are now hooked on it. I'd never even heard about it about it but my favorite drug is coffee.

Quit smoking the day I found out my wife was pregnant 6+ years ago. Smoked one night since while on mushrooms and was super sick for the rest of the weekend.

Over the past year, I've exclusively used vapes for nicotine intake, finding them less harsh than traditional cigarettes or cigars. I came across a variety of flavors on https://nexussmoke.com/, which piqued my interest and made the experience more enjoyable.

My favorite flavor has been the cool mint because it's refreshing and not too overpowering. I vape moderately, typically using it a few times a day, which suits my lifestyle and helps manage my nicotine cravings effectively.
