Depends on how petty gretz wants to get, could make for a more difficult relationship with the school and kid(s)/parents buuuuuuut I would personally lean towards doing it simply to teach people a lesson since she didn't receive any punishment for spitting on your son.

I mean, 3 sides to every story (yours, theirs & the truth) but being spat on isn't acceptable at all from what you described.

Agree with above. File a policy report and see how the principal deems no punishment an adequate response to "the furries" assault. Are words ever deemed assault? I don't know how you could interpret this as hate speech? This type of stuff frustrates me...

That’s about the only positive takeaway, that, and school is a joke this day and age / an in school suspension means absolutely fuck all. Believe it or not, and those that know me will be shocked, I too was suspended and a “difficult” student for things much worse than this. Much worse lol…. I just wish they would let kids be kids, get some thick skin, learn to deal with shit under kid terms, rather than this new wave of woke garbage justifying adult criminal actions over words. Speaking from cracker male breeder privilege though, so my opinion is moot

I was a decent student, however one twerp decided to pick on my younger brother when I was about 10. I smashed his face off the steel exterior door during recess and knocked out his front adult teeth.

Looking back, it was extreme and had it been in 2024 and not 1994 I would've been expelled instead of suspended for one week with a conduct referral sheet.

Schools nowadays would likely have me recite a land acknowledgement and prepare a short speech on denouncing my violent colonizer ancestors who forced the natives to sell their land.
