Y'all are right, I was thinking of the yellowstone club. I break rule one daily, so that's why I got confused.

Killy, no catch, it's awesome from everything I have read, you should buy a place there.

This is a great course if you want to cross the border.

I almost bought a place here before COVID.
    Hindsight is a bitch.

We have a place just north of the border. Just personal opinion but Wilderness Club has gone to shit since Windmill Group bought it. Layout is incredible but conditions were so-so, and all the ponds were dry in 2023.

    Where are you?
    Any golf courses nearby?

The only issue I have with Fernie and area is the lack of golf courses...
My eye has firmly landed on Invermere and area... Patiently waiting for the right deal.

Koocanusa, I think Whitefish has nice courses, Cranbrook isn’t far. We go for the summers, and prioritize lake over golf. We really liked Invermere but the lake is just too packed (unless you own on the lake). Got engaged there, married at Copper, and love the courses nearby.

My buddy has a place on koocanusa near Baynes lake. We have gone out yearly and played a little tournament on an executive par 3 called Will-O-Bend. It's a great time, but not a course people would travel for haha. We always do Crowsnest on the way out and have done a few of the cranbrook courses too. Will-o-bend is a blast cause of the drinking aspect of our tournament though haha

What airline travel cases (for cart bags) do you guys use. Probably going to bring my clubs this summer on a few flights.

Haha as a kid we camped near there every year (kikomun creek), and we used to fish at Baynes on a regular basis. I have great memories of catching like 50 tiny little bass in an evening on the boat at Baynes basically every time we went.

I played there last year in July and it was gorgeous.

My son teeing up at that time.

Nice, I was there in early August, and as mentioned, scenery, layout is excellent. Conditions are drastically worse than they were when it opened as private, high-end joint. I have two guys I know who have sold their houses on the course citing the same items - general diminishing of services and level of care to the facilities.

Didn't the greenskeeper or maintenance guy screw up fertilizing the greens last year and killed most of them early season? I thought I remember something about that.

I think it was something like the OG guy retired so the next in line took over - not sure if he kept his job but I agree with you!

Interesting, that photo was July 29th and the course was pristine.

Guess we made it before the fuckery.

Hit up LP down at heritage for a “start” to the season. Cool setup and much better than the one at mikelson. Place was pretty rowdy.

Was real distracting when pictures of my house kept coming on the monitor for Jordon Lotoski ads

90% chance of rain Thursday. He will stiffen up like a 90 year old man when he gets wet

Can't wait to see him shoot 62 on the weekend.

As amazing as it’d be to see him somehow win it again, there’s approximately zero chance he can pull that kind of game together 4 days in a row with his broken ass body.

Yup. Nothing to celebrate about it. But anything he is doing is a victory lap at this point.

I really want to see Rory make some magic happen but I’m not holding my breath
