Hahaha you fuckin guys. The ‘15 is actually done just needs body panels and tires now and it’ll be off the Dollie’s. I forgot about the firehawk, Bob you guys put those on the front of the ‘68 for me.i just didn’t know if there was cheapo options that were getting better these days.

I'm just envious since I don't have the time, money, or patience to build a car. Doing something like your ZL1 resurrection is something I'd love to do, but likely won't (or at least not in the near future haha).

Considering thats the #1 tire, I'm going to say no. I got Conti Extremecontact DWS06+ on mine

I had the older version of the Conti on my Audi (DWS06) and it lasted a long time. Very good tires.

I'm quite short on all three of those things it feels like most days.. Garage time is like decompression for me though haha. i need it, even when it's frustrating at least it distracts me from all the other stresses in my life.

Like the other day, i was going to try a ctsv lid on my '68 to try and fit the original 2" cowl hood, and in the process realized that hood fit the ZL1 lid all this time (after trimming).... so 3 hoods later i learn this... talk about frustrating.

I was checking around and seen some folks on the webs talking about Vitour tyres. Their Quattro seems to be decent but not sure if they come in your size. Haven't tried that brand yet
