    Default Performance Tires

Beyond, what’s your advice on performance tires… are there and decent cheap Chinese ones for a guy who doesn’t wanna spend close to $3k on a car that won’t get driven much? haha… 285/35r20 and 305/35r20 ish… let me know what y’all are driving around on.

When they were availible I had co-workers with C63s going to the track with Delinte D7 Thunder tires, but they like dropped off face of earth suddenly. Good bang for buck is Firestone FireHawk Indy 500s if they are availible in your size.

But hit up tirebob, I'm sure he can get you some cheapies like Zestino and the like

Are Cooper RS3-G1 available in that size? I went with those on 2 of my vehicles and honestly I've been very happy. They went on sale for like 25-30% off at Canadian Tire and I think they're more than adequate. I think they were a AAA / AA rating which one normally only sees with like R-compound serious Bidness tires that wear out in minutes but their UTQC tread wear ratings are like a decent street tire.
Maybe Tire Bob has a line on them as well. I just wish I lived closer to him to support his business. These look sharp and feel nice and chewy. I've been quite happy, although in an admittedly FAR less aggressive size.
My current setup on a bigger tire is an inherited set of Vredstein Guigiaro tires and they are a gorgeous, aggressive pattern that's extremely attractive although they chirp and squirm quite a lot more than a proper performance tire should. But they are a gorgeous tread pattern of that's what you're after.
    Food for thought.

Ya those indy 500 were some decently priced great tires. But you know, that was a couple years ago, they've probably doubled in price now

Think the issue here is 20s

    If you didn’t have dubs…

    Fallen Azenis RT615

    Or Federal… equivalent

Edit: think it was the 595… but they now have an evo F60 that’s in an R20… that might do the trick

1010 tire is your friend for pricing shit out and seeing what’s available in your sizes.

I still say just put my up for top notch tires, especially if you care at all about performance. But whatever.

We put Radars on my B-I-Ls Mustang, they were 19s but a wide ass size...he just wanted the cheapest stuff I could find but was actually quite surprised that they performed reasonably well. He doesn't track drive it though

Well @JfuckinC doesn't drive his Camaro anyways, shouldn't be a problem.

Indy 500 are probably your best bang for the buck in that size for a pure summer with some performance. Unfortunately they’ve gone way up in price in recent years.

This... If you want something made by a major label, is quite decent for dollar and quite frankly looks pretty badass, nothing wrong with the Firehawk!

Yeah they’re the way to go, but overkill for pushing a car around the garage on dollies.
