it doesn’t help kids car at all. He’s parked outside all winter blocking one of us. We’ve made arrangements with the neighbor to use one side of their driveway in exchange for shoveling her snow so it’s a little better. Only going to get worse as the younger kids get their licenses in 6 and 8 years.

I looked at this years ago, unfortunately, water main runs right underneath so it’s a no go.

You need to make the Lift King on Arbour Vista Rd an offer he can't refuse. Triple attached with at least two lifts in it already. Parking for 8-9 cars plus ample street parking on the corner lot.

Isn’t there a bus stop or something beside him? Didn’t a vehicle almost hit his house once? If the new garage is any closer to the road, well… be careful
