Not sure mounting a TV above a heat source is a great idea.

This is basically a nothing burger. Especially if you have a mantle of some kind

Chances I have the tv and fireplace running for an extended period is slim. If it melts, it melts. Lesson learned

The installation manual for the fireplace will have measurements about how far up and out items can be above the fireplace.

How high are the plugs actually mounted? No towel bar for reference.

    Zoiks. Call tile guy

Only half joking saying that, you probably really should hire one to do it. And the corrugation on the tile surfaceis going to cause issues both drilling and mounting.

We have our 65" Frame TV above our fireplace, but I learned my lesson and installed a mantle.

Tile bit needed and technique or you risk cracking the tile. Also unsure but seems like you'll either clamp it to the tile and split it or it won't be tight enough.

if you are worried about cracking the tile doing it yourself, you should also consider what remedies you would have if task rabbit bro ends up cracking your tile
Definitely a pain in the ass to do this right. If it were mine, I would scribe around where the mount is going, cut the tile and remove the tile behind the mount. Probably also have to add blocking to the framing to mount to something solid.
