Just do what you want, pretty crazy. Kamala invade Germany? Sure why not, just nullify NATO and invade the next day.
I've always said its easier to steal military assets than it is to shoot them down. It would be hard to sink a US aircraft carrier, but it might be possible to steal one. Logistically speaking of course, and it would be quite the gambit.
Realistically, you don't have to steal US military assets - you just have to wait until they leave.
