I got one of these sitting on my lawn. It's my buddy's dad's car that was sitting in their garage for last 10 years unused. His dad passed away and I told him I could fix it up and sell it off, but then winter came and I haven't touched it. Has brand new battery, brand new front springs and shocks (both front springs were snapped), oil change ect. It does have some minor damage on the back. The winters it current sits on are like new....but the front ones got destroyed by the snapped springs as we were pulling it from the garage...so they need replacement, but there is a full set of all seasons included as well, and they seem to be in good condition. Think it something like 166k on it, not much for the age. Drove it around here and rides nicely. Leather interior is in great shape as well.

Plan was to work on it a bit this summer and then sell it, but if you are interested in it as is, here it is. It's in very good shape on the inside, with all the bells and whistles (heated steering, seats, memory seats ect ect)

That's the damage in the back:

Some random pics I have taken when doing a bit of cleaning/work on it:

Was half thinking of keeping it myself as it's a very nice car, but I work from home and hardly drive as is, so no real point.

Honda element or Honda fit often the right choice. I've been hankering for a manual car again. So you shoukd buy one of those and make me jealous.

    Hi folks.
If someone's still looking, I have a 1998 Honda Civic LX (4 door sedan) that I've owned as a second car for many years that I'm planning to finally sell.
    271,000km and runs excellent.
    Its 4 cylinder, 5 speed Manual-shift.
Very clean interior, but some of the usual rust and denting on the exterior.
Includes lightly used winter tires plus a second set of rims for summers.
    ALBERTA registered.
Located in Far SE (McKenzie Lake) area.

**Please note the dealers sticker on the door about the odometer replacement at 171K. I have service records also.**
