How come you can't insert image in PM from computer?

I'm just wondering, in the forums you can insert an image from computer file, but that feature isn't available in PM? Just trying to send someone some images privately, but don't want the forum to see.

If you can get thier email address and you don't want them to see where it came from you can get private email like proton mail which is pretty anonymous and secure.
