Default How bad is it drilling into the floorboard?

Trying to figure out how to fit these seats into my car (the brackets and sliders are too narrow and dont match up properly with the existing holes) what are my options?

Should I even consider drilling into the floorboard?

You can, just be careful what you are drilling into(i.e. Brake lines, Gas lines, wires etc.... ) on the other side, and use some caulking or underbody protector on the screws, so they don't rust (as fast) they will rust though.

I never had any problems with my neon, i added seats to through the floor, and the ground I put through the trunk for my stereo
Get In, Sit Down, Shut Up, Hold On, don't fuck with the stereo.
And whatever you don't press "THAT" Button
