Royal LePage is better for rates, but ReMax is the busiest around.

Why would the course be tougher for a 21-24 year old compared to a 30-40 year old?
I can see age playing a role in the actual sale of a house because older people usually get a little more credit/respect but this shouldn't be a factor in the actual course.
Neither.
Both of their rates are gonna eat you up. Unless your super confident you'll be selling houses right of the bat. My dad's a REA and he sees lots of starving new agents. And even worse, ones that pay 500-800 month (is that right???) even if they DON'T sell a house. That's stupid stuff.
Maybe try joining one of those agencies that only charges when you close? (My dad works for one up here and he saves TONS of money!).
But you gotta hustle all on your own (can't use the name to make sale).
no man..ive spent the past 2 weeks looking for a brokerage.....there only that high at remax...all the others are alot lower. and i wondt be doing this if i didnt think id make bank

Haha, I'm 20, not 21 so I should be fine.
It's possible to get around the age problem if I present myself well. I'm sure if I wore a nice suit and drove a Mercedes they'd take me a little more seriously. However, I could be wrong, very very wrong.
You don't really work for them do you?? Technically they work for you since you pay them the brokerage fees every month. Have you thought about CIR? I know the Real Estate Company is really cheap.
CIR has the worst rep within the industry...if you look on a reca newsletter..there always the ones getting into shit..id never in a million years work for them....iam gonna fo maxwell i think..they have only been in business for 5 years and are 2nd in alberta.....remax is one..cause they have 1600 agenst in alberta...i think maxwell is an up and commer

I was looking at the paper the other day and they had realators/teams of the month/week etc... Most of them look like they could use a haircut/shave and some real clothes, it might have been just from one specific company, but I wasn't impressed.
ive got benny taking pics for my business cards......iam not into the sears look on every single card i see...hes gonna do sumting cool
