European Scooters - Shipping to Canada?

Hey guys, i'm just wondering if it's at all possible to ship european scooters to canada? I'd pretty much doing anything for a Peugeot Speedfight 2 (nicest looking scooters there are.. just do a google image search), but would it be legal to drive them here? Also, how much would I have to pay in taxes just to get it here (duties, whatever else).

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

unless they've been tested for road use and inspected over here previously, you wont get them past customs.
