    Here's what the machine offers....

    4 Pec excercises
    3 Vertical Press Excercises
    7 Upper Cable with Lat bar excercises
    8 Lower cable with short bar and chain
    2 Leg curl / thigh extension
    2 Single handle excercises with chain
    3 Ankle strap excercises with chain

    Excellent condition, hardly even used

    The weights are inclosed and sealed in a heavy duty plastic type material.
