Spotted : Saleen S281's

I was out on a routine tour of the local car lots and to my surprise Advantage Ford has 2 Saleen S281s in the showroom. They aren't necessarily my favorite, but it was interesting to see them. I usually check that dealer at least a few times a month and this is the first time I've ever seen one there. One of them had the hood open and it was definitely stupid-charged, can't speak to the other one. I kinda feel bad for Saleen, since the 03 Cobra came out it must have really impacted his sales.

They also have an uber slick mystic chrome Cobra in the showroom (bad ass whip) and at least 15 Cobras on the lot .

Yeah, I agree. It was interesting to see them though. To be honest, I'd just pick up a Cobra over either of them. That motor is freaking stout and it's easy to get into the 500 whp range. With a blower swap they get downright rEdiculous.

BTW, Advantage Ford is down on Macleod, South or South Centre mall.

advantage ford is on macloed like almost directly acros the street from macloed tr. Mcdonalds. and just for the record, the 2 Saleen S281's are curentley the only 2 in western canada. the red one is #5C and the black one is #10C (C standing for "Canada")

No that is Woodridge Ford. Advantage is between Anderson and Canyon Meadows.

i guess im just not a fan of mustangs.. there are way to many of them on the road, in canada, but especially in the states... in texas there are literally only 3 cars you will ever see on the roads... mitsubishi eclipse, ford mustang, and chevy corvette.......
