check your o2 sensor it could be shot or clogged

On 2 different occasions I had this problem...once it was due to my plug wires. The second time it was due to a failing O2 sensor, and in this situation I was noticing worse and worse gas milage. I know with my car it never set off a code...cause technically the 02 sensor was working just not as it should have been

check your injectors... maybe put some injector cleaner in your tank and see how that goes...
My friend had this problem once, and it turned out to be his clutch or trans (can't remember ).... really wierd tho.

Besides the above mentioned problems, has your battery died on you recently? If so, it may be time for a new battery.
You start with a bag full of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.
