It's a japanese only game so you either need a jdm ps2 or a modded ps2. I've got it as well, it's pretty tough but I've managed to get through it all. There's a place in a mall in China town where Thelea flowers is located. You can buy it there for $20

Think of it as like a sampler/tease disc. It's got some of the tracks and cars from the real GT4, which is slated to be released during the summer/fall. It's just something to tide you over until then. No simulation mode, only arcade.

On a side note, at the past Geneva car show, there was a another version of the prologue at that show, it was called Gran Turismo 4 Toyota MTRC Version. What it basically was, it simulated what it is like to drive a Toyota MTRC concept car. Instead of simulating a car cockpit, the players wore a head mounted display. So you would strap on this headgear, and you would view the surroundings like a real driver.
